As Director of FEC Constructions, Cameron oversees the commercial, financial and contractual elements of our construction projects.
With over 20 years of experience in the Australian construction and development industry he has expertise in both the technical and commercial aspects of large scale construction projects.
His career has included stints with several major public and private construction companies prior to joining Far East Consortium.
He led the delivery of FEC’s West Side Place development as Project Manager in a previous role within the business.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Construction Manager (Honours) from Deakin University.
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in commercial, government and residential construction working for both the
Contractor and Client. His competencies include management of a national portfolio and workforce, implementation and
management of end-to-end construction contracts, regional and national procurement strategies, Building Certification and
detailed forecasting, budget and cost reporting.
Demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills; is a disciplined, qualified professional and complements his experience with excellent problem solving, strategic networking and project negotiation skills.
Andrew has an extensive knowledge and understanding of Client, Development and Contractor Project Management, corporate financial requirements and presents employers with common sense solutions, and with measured, articulate and persuasive strategies.
As General Manager at Far East Consortium, Michael currently oversees the design and delivery of all FEC projects Australia wide.
With over 30 years’ experience gained in the construction industry in Australia, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, he has expertise in both the technical and commercial aspects of construction and property development. Michael has led in the bid development and delivery of iconic and complex commercial, residential, public use and sporting developments.
He has held leadership positions both acting for the client and as the construction delivery partner. His construction industry expertise ranges from developing and securing business and complex design approvals, through to managing project delivery.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science – Construction Management from RMIT and a trade qualification in Carpentry & Joinery.
Laura is a strategic Senior Development Manager, known for her exceptional ability to collaborate on property development projects.
With a client-first approach, Laura has played a key role in driving long-term success by working closely with the construction team in Western Australia.
She oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between planning, feasibility, compliance, and critical analysis. Her expertise spans reporting, strategy, and risk mitigation, making her an integral part of the team.
Laura navigates the complexities of land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and design while working alongside the construction team to ensure smooth project execution.
Renowned for her extensive experience in the government sector and with metropolitan redevelopment authorities, Laura is skilled in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and project success.
William is an accomplished finance professional with over 18 years of experience
spanning construction, property development, funds management, and public
accounting firms. He holds a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the
University of Queensland and is a qualified CPA and RG146-certified Financial Adviser.
He oversees the full accounting function for major construction operations across
Queensland and Western Australia. He plays a pivotal role in financial reporting,
budgeting, statutory compliance, and subcontract administration for high-profile
projects such as Brisbane’s Queen’s Wharf and Perth’s Dorsett Hotel.
William’s expertise extends to managing complex ERP systems, ensuring operational compliance with trust account frameworks, and collaborating closely with project teams to maintain robust internal controls.
Tony is an admirable Senior Site Manager, known for his strong leadership principles and his ability to manage complex construction projects.
He focuses on delivering results while ensuring that safety, quality, and collaboration remain at the forefront of every project. Tony successfully manages the construction team on multiple high-rise Tier 1 projects in Western Australia.
Tony plays a key role in optimizing on-site processes, reducing delays, and improving overall site productivity. His oversight ensures that all activities align with the project plan, schedule, and budget. He closely monitors all site work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards while maintaining project continuity.

Tom is a determined Contract Manager known for his ability to adapt to change and align efficiently with business objectives.
With a strong focus on minimising risk and maximising value, he ensures the seamless execution of Tier 1 construction projects in Western Australia.
Tom’s excellent communication skills facilitate the smooth handling of subcontractor claims, including delays, variations, and disputes. By maintaining a fair and objective approach, he ensures timely and effective resolutions that preserve relationships and minimise disruptions to the project timeline.
Tom consistently demonstrates his ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes while protecting both the financial and operational interests of the business.
Leonard Munday is a construction professional with over 25 years of leadership experience, having led teams of 200 or more and holding a trade qualification in carpentry.
He has built strong relationships within the
Western Australian market, working closely with subcontractors, clients, local councils, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful collaboration across all project stages.
Leonard has consistently delivered success from pre-construction through to final delivery, managing complex and technically challenging projects across the aviation, infrastructure, defence, residential, and commercial
sectors.
He has successfully managed projects through every stage, from initial bidding and design to construction, commissioning, and handover, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of multiple delivery approaches such as Construct Only and Design & Construct.
